    02/24/24 ORDER #******** Placed on Mon Feb 24, 7:26 pm I ordered 2 lge pizzas with 3 items to be delivered by 7:56 pm. The amount with a tip added was $34.27 My son waited for them to come at 8:15pm I looked online and it said it had been delivered . We looked outside nothing. My son went out and found the pizzas laying on the door step of our neighbors??? It was about 35 degrees out!Plus on the door step. I tried calling and had an employee answer the phone . I told him the issue he said he would put me on hold while he got the manager. I waited about 15 minutes and then tried online. This is before we realized how cold it was and had no sauce! I wanted my tip back. But after that want a full refund. I was on hold almost 30 minutes before I hung up. They said someone would reach out to me no one has!

    On June 19th 2024, I ordered food on doordash around 10:50pm. The store was still open and didn’t close for more than an hour. The store accepted my order but then refused to make it and lied to the dasher saying that it had already been delivered. The dasher said this had been a common issue with this store not providing the product that customers paid for or refused to make the food.
