    i absolutely do not recommend this office. The staff is VERY unprofessional. The doctor is great! The staff on the other hand do not do their job. I called to have a referral for my oldest daughter. Took over a week for them to even make the call to the ENT. Turns out they were trying to get a referral for my youngest daughter when i clearly stated multiple times my oldest. This is clearly lack of paying attention when taking calls. They also have random children in office that are the staff's kids. I’ve seen a newborn randomly in the middle of the office crying while they’re trying to do their jobs. Work is not the place for kids. If you want the bare minimum when it comes to your health this is the office for you!!! If not and you have kids do not go here. It has gone downhill for months. I loved this office when i first started coming. I feel as if they are taking on too many patients and it’s definitely way more than they can handle. I hope the staffing issues is taken care of because after doing some research and talking to others that used to go with kids… they had the same experience and chose to go elsewhere for their selves as well as their children. I will be doing the same.
