I needed a 8'x7'x14' shed built from ground up.Was told by ****** that yes they did sheds. .(started May 20,2024-finished-June *******). After a couple of weeks I noticed my doors were bowing. I called ******* on July ******. It was bowing so much the door was rubbing against the other door and wouldn't close. He came over and did some sanding on the door. It closed.Still did nothing about the bowing. The second time I called(July ******), the door was still bowing, now the latch wouldn't catch. He came and widen the latch. (to accommodate the bowing door?) ***? The third time I called (Sept.26,2024),the door had bowed so much it was no longer hitting the stop bar(I got pictures). I had sent him pictures,so he seen it.He went to his truck to get a leveler to check the door.He could clearly see the bowing in the middle. Gave me some story about how the boards are treated at the factory, with boards in the middle not being level. The left side door is also bowing, but it;s the side where the hinges are attached to the shed,so it probably won't bow anymore? Said he would have to remove the door to replace the bowed board. I said ok. He said his Grandfather had just died and they were going thru some things,so it might be a minute.I told him no hurry, just research and find the solution to the bowing. After not hearing from him for 2 and a half weeks,I called ******* on Oct.1****** to see why he hadn't called. He said he had broke his phone and didn't have my contact information and was hoping I called him. Really? Well, now he's talked to his partner(his dad-***),who told him to tell me my 90 days were passed and I would have to pay. First off, this is the first time I'm hearing anything about some 90 days(Also not on contract). Why is that into play now when the door evidently wasn't installed correctly the first time?******* kept saying the door was fixed the two previous times he left. NO!

    Date: 10/18/2024

We started the job on May 20th 2024and fi ished his job on June 17th 2024.

He first complain came in on July 1st  hat he hinge had broke. I was followed by a second complain on July 5th that the hinge had misaligned.

We went to the property on July 6th. We checked he integrity of the door and it's ability to close properly. The right side of he door was scraping due o a Crack on he left hinge side of the door. We sanded, readjusted the hinge and he top left door lock. We then tested the door handle to be sure It locked. We then repainted any areas that needed ***** was explained that this issue was caused by a Crack that happened after the build was complete. The customer said she did not know how It happened. We fixed these issues free of charge for customer satisfaction. She was happy with our work and we left.

The 3rd complaint came on September 26th. It was said that the doors were bow bowing. We went back to the property and accessed the problem. We explained to the customer that excessive export to water would cause it. The customer continuously sprayed the shed with a water hose including during the building process. We offered to fix this issue at an additional cost. The customer was dissatisfied and filed this complaint.
