    Greetings just posting a quick review of my negative experience with OfficeLogix. I recently ordered 1 ******* **** chair direct from their website. The positive is that the chair does appear to be an authentic **** and arrived fairly quickly. But that's where the positives end. What I received appears to have been fished out of a swamp or pulled from an office furniture land fill, The frame was beat to h*** ******* Cylinder sank immediately, the seat was reupholstered with some extremely cheap fabric and stapled haphazardly along the bottom with several staples not even fully affixed to the seat which resulted in a rather bad cut on my hand during unboxing. As mentioned in several other reviews the stench of whatever cleaning product they use is over powering and we ended up having to move the chair outside. Think of the worst truck stop bathroom cleaning supplies and you have a close idea. I knew this would be a refurbished unit for the price they had it listed for, but this is beyond that. I sent a couple emails re: the broken cylinder and a second email after cutting myself inquiring about returning and they have ignored my inquiries. I cannot recommend this seller to anyone.

    I got the Aeron seat replacement mesh from them, and its awesome! I had no idea someone even made something like this. They also sent me a helpful installation video and took the time to guide me over the phone since Im not very handy. Really appreciated!

    Wow! OUTSTANDING product. Graphite mesh headrest for HM Aeron classic chair. It arrived in 46 hours from the time I ordered it on ******. (It helps these folks are based in ********, **** and that's where I live.) When I opened the box and saw that it was perfectly/solidly packed/protected in bubble wrap and it came FULLY ASSEMBLED requiring NO TOOLS at all. It slipped on the Aeron office chair just as advertised and it matches my graphite color Aeron chair PERFECTLY. It looks like ****** ****** both designed and manufactured the headrest. I was going to buy the Atlas-brand headrest as that seems to be the "big player" online and on *******. I am so glad I didn't spend almost $200 on the Atlas headrest (which I've seen has it's share of problems) For about HALF THE PRICE of the Atlas I got a premium Office Logix headrest for my premium Aeron Classic office chair. Wow! These guys at Office Logix Shop are SPECTACULAR. Exceeding my expectations by a mile !!!!

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Office Logix Shop deceives its buyers. I bought a Steelcase Amia chair. It was supposed to be a platinum color scheme chair and back; with a black base and black leather seat and back as what was pictured on their Amazon seller site. Seller described arms as being 4 way adjustment - what I received was a two way up/down adjustment arms. Much worse was I got was a spray painted all black chair that stunk up the garage and vinyl seat and back - not leather! Seller claimed "like new - used" completely assembled. What I received was a chair in parts haphazardly thrown into a box without any care. Definitely NOT the chair that was represented for sale!

    Buyer beware! My experience with this company was very similar to the other complaints. I purchased the "like new" "open-box" Steelcase Leap Chair V2 chair from Office Logix on Amazon. The seat had been re-upholstered, which was NOT disclosed in the Amazon description, and the upholstery pins were hazardously poking through the cushion. In addition, the cushion had a cosmetic puckering re-upholstered defect. Office Logix customer service offered a replacement cushion which also arrived defective. The "back and forth" adjustment lever mechanism was missing the spring, so the seat would slide back and forth and would not lock into place. Office Logix customer service told me to swap the mechanisms myself, which would have involved complete disassembly of the seat. Despite multiple requests, Office Logix refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    I order spray touch up for a project. They sent me completely wrong item. I was trying to reach them out by different email channels and their contact us feature on their website. But no response at all. Then I found phone number of their showroom and explained the situation. They said they will send me correct item immediately with expedited shipping. However after 3 days no result. I kept calling them every day because my project was significantly delayed. Still no result so far. Very poor customer service.

    I bought an Aeron classic from them. The chair was refurbished as stated so I wasn't expecting a chair in a ****** ****** box. The overall experience was good. So I bought a couple of things too. I had to return the casters I bought because I thought I got the ones for the hardwood floor and they refunded the amount in like 4 days. So overall a good place if you don't have the luxury to shop from ****** ****** directly.

    After seeing so many positive reviews in this site, which are probably fake btw.., I recommended my friend to buy this steelcase gesture as this is one of the best office chairs. My friend placed an order and now these guys say the chair that we "checkedout" in the site and ordered is not available and they wanted to give us other options of different color and materials. We chose leather option that was give and it was shipped pretty fast. Mind you we were shopping "open box" which I would assume would be in excellent condition and not used. The chair my friend got was in horrible shape and looked like it was used for atleast 5+ years by someone who doesn't take care of their stuff. Scuff, scratches and even holes in the leather and the seat looked atrociously worned out.First thing that came to my mind was how come a company with all these brilliant reviews in their site could send such a chair as "open box". This chair should not be even sold as used without refurbishing 80% of it. This is what made me think all the reviews in this site is probably fakes.Now we obviously wanted to return it and here comes the fun part. We got the label to return and we shipped it back and its already delivered to them but no words on refund. Complete silence as if we will forget to ask for our $750 + tax back. I am highly regretting that my friend is going through such an unnecessary hassle just because I thought this company was legit and recommended to him. You guys in oficelogixshop should be ashamed of yourself trying ot scam hard working people's money.
