    First and foremost we always strive to make sure every customer has a great experience.  Mr. ****** contracted us to complete some concrete repair on his home.  We completed that work in or around March 2023 and Mr. ****** then paid the final balance as he was happy with the work completed.  A week or so after the work was completed he called into our office and made us aware he was not happy with the work and had some questions.  We proceeded with sending the production manager and one of the installers to his house to address his concerns.  At the visit we answered questions that Mr. ****** had about the work and we also gave him a price to complete more work he wanted done that was not in the original scope of work, he proceeded to tell us that we should do the work as part of the original scope at which time we explained that you have to pay to have additional work done.
