  We just had our master bath full remodeled by Columbus Bath Design. I can not recommend them enough. Every step of the process went better than expected. Joey and Michelle were extremely helpful in the showroom helping us with design and planning. The actual install started a day early, Kevin and Matt, the remodelers, were easy to communicate with and were extremely respectful. Our new bathroom is all we had discussed over the past few years. Thanks **** *** ****. Highly recommend Columbus Bath Design.

  I cannot say enough about Columbus Bath Design! From the moment I made the initial inquiry for our two bathroom remodeling projects to the completion of those projects, l felt special and valued by this company. Michelle and Tim's communication was exceptional; they were helpful and supportive, offering fantastic design ideas throughout the process. The ease of browsing their extensive collection of samples and making selections made the experience stress-free. The installer, Joey, was a true professional who worked tirelessly to ensure our vision became a reality. Thanks to him, we now have two beautiful bathrooms to enjoy. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, making it an absolute pleasure to work with Columbus Bath Design. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

  From the beginning of the process, working with the team at Columbus Bath Design was a wonderful experience. Joey took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided a layout that met all of our needs. Selecting materials was easy when visiting the showroom and seeing all of the options. The installers were on time and professional, and we could not be happier with our new bathroom. We highly recommend Columbus Bath Design and will use them again in the future.

  We absolutely recommend Columbus Bath Design! We are a repeat customer, as they initially renovated our master bathroom as well as built a new laundry room several years ago; we were so impressed with their communication, workmanship, and overall partnership, that we then had them renovate our children's bathroom several years later. I worked with Joey and Michelle, and they are wonderful people. Every person that entered this home was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and trustworthy. Because bathrooms are their niche, they are extremely skilled and efficient in their workmanship. I was also impressed with how they handled "hiccups" - which are inevitable during renovations - as they strived to make it right. We recently had an issue with our glass shower door hinge coming loose. Keep in mind, this is nearly two years after they renovated the bathroom. I reached out to Michelle, and she had someone come fix it within a week, free of charge. They truly stand by their work and reputation!

  We had a new walk in shower installed October, 2023. The decorative base molding has pulled away from the shower. Since we have a year warranty we called to have them fix the problem. We were told by Michelle that this molding wasn't in the scope of work and that the installers only installed it to make the job look nice. Very unprofessional of Michelle. She was rude on the phone. If they installed then they should stand behind it

  This review does not represent the conversation that took place regarding the shoe mold that was added to the shower base. When the shower base is installed, it is imperative that it be level to ensure proper draining. When the floor is not level, there can be a gap between the floor and the shower base. The shoe mold was installed to accommodate this gap, not for decorative purposes, with no additional cost being added. Mr. ********* indicated he is a bigger man and suggested the silicone may have pulled away due to his weight. CBD has been installing bathrooms in Central Ohio for almost 30 years. We honor our warranty, which is reflected in our A+ rating and impeccable reputation. I attempted to explain the process for scheduling the service, but Mr. ********* advised me he was at the golf course and ready to tee off. He abruptly ended the call.

  After speaking with quite a few different companies, Columbus Bath Design stood out above all the rest from the very beginning. Emily provided a detailed, thoughtful, itemized worksheet for our master, Jack and Jill guest, and half bath. There was no high pressure sale, no pressure to have everything done at the same time or everything done that was recommended. Working alongside Emily to design our bathrooms in their main facility was a great experience, not stressful as she took the time to explain lots of great information. Here we also met Michelle and Joey, who took over communication once everything was settled and we were ready to redesign our bathrooms. Communication is very easy with Columbus Bath Design, they provide frequent updates, are easy to reach, and absolutely worth the wait for the bathroom installs. They are a family owned business and you can tell that everyone who works with them are friends and family. Keith, Kevin, Andy, Sean, Cam, the Matt's, and everyone who worked in our house was very professional, skilled, friendly, communicated regularly, and happy to answer any questions. The outside contractors they recommend for plaster and painting, Gilberto and Robin, provided exceptional work. We now have three wonderfully designed bathrooms that we've enjoyed through the holidays with our families. Thank you for taking care of us and being wonderful people!

  Poor communication. I was called the evening before my install was scheduled and informed my dates had been moved WITHOUT even checking if i was available for the rescheduled dates. I had text confirmations from the sales person that my dates were on schedule just a week earlier! After i learned of the reschedule, i contacted the office manager and learned the sales person had hand-written the new dates on my paper work. Neither the office nor sales person reached out to me with the new dates. In fact, after a brief after hours call with the sales person (which has in all truth was due to my schedule) the sales person promised to call me in the morning but i only received a couple text messages stating no crew was available for my install today. Very unprofessional, i cannot recommend this company. If you move forward with them, i highly suggest you get dates in writing!
