  I was referred to this company because my plumbing was backing up. I called told him my toilet would not flush, ut was backing up into my tub. My tub was now filling and barely draining. He came out , no discussion of price or what they'd do. 1 snake, a second snake. Didn't work he had to use some water pressure machine. Thus did fix the toilet. Not the tub. He tried to plunge it, then tells me muly tub is leaking into my crawlspace. How was it stopped up, but now it's leaking? He came out told me I had to pay 875$, um what??? I don't have that and you fidnt discuss that with me. I was forced to put it on a cc. He says we'll put you on the calendar and text you when we can come back yo fix the leak. A week hoes by I hear nothing. I call a **** ********. This guy says they blew the plastic piping off by plunging it, and it's not leaking. It's fully draining into ur crawlspace. Then he says there's no way I should of had to pay 875$ to fix the toilet when they never fixed the tub as well. This was horrible after service, they ripped me off then never contacted me to fix it. I want at least half my money back. I have to have yet another plumber from **** out yo fix tge tub that is now nit draining at all.

  9.9.2022, BBB received a phone call from Josh B****** stating that his company was hired to open up the main line, which was done. The drain under the tub is not installed to code. To fix this prolem would involve another service call.

  The business owner dis not complete the job that I called them to do. I called and told them my plumbing was backing up in bathroom.  Toilet, tub, sink. All were clogged. He never offered an estimate. He came, did fix the issue with toilet, but not tub or sink. When it was noticed that tub was still not draining they plunged Mt tub to the point that it blew out the pipes. He said, ma'am your pipe is "leaking" into ur crawlspace. Well call you to come back. Meanwhile with no communication at all he tells me it would be 875$ for the work. 875? I asked for a payment plan. No, but he did solicate a good google review for a very small discount. He then says we'll call to come back. This was a monday. Meanwhile im barely showering for fear of leak. They never call. Friday I call a new company who detilas andshows pictures. The leak was not a Lea, my shower drain was pouring into my crawlspace. 
  He then tells me the previous company blew the pipe apart and left it. He fixes. So now I'm out another 250$. 

  
  

  The owner Josh called me 3 times yesterday,  claiming he called me. Incorrect,  told me I should have asked for an estimate. And that he fixed the issue. He did not. He says I don't actually care about the bbb, as I don't pay them. You should have asked for estimate. No. As a business owner communication goes a long way and your communication was horrid, your pricing is astronomical,  and overcharged. And you left me with a huge gap in pipes with water pouring out of it. Horrible service, horrible pricing, horrible communication and horrible overall experience.  I'm not asking for a full refund, but half, as half the job was not done.

  9.15.2022 Josh B****** called BBB stating that as a good will gesture he will refund the consumer $175.00 for tub drain. This is the business' final offer. Josh said he will put a check in the mail today.

  I appreciate the offer, however I paid 250$ to have the pipe fixed. If you can match that then I will accept and close the claim.
