    The worst experience! I have requested a refund, twice, through their support portal with a reply “refund within 5 days” and that was over a month ago. My advice find another service to go through to keep in touch with loved ones. The worst is a company taking advantage of people who are already in a unfortunate situation!

    I was setting up a account, did not approve any money to be taken out and I had $45.98 took an out of my account and I'm trying to delete my account on the site and there's on the website I want to remove my card totally off of there and I cannot find anywhere to delete my account. Very poor service. I feel like I was scammed.
