    They did foundation and driveway work on our home. They poured concrete for a driveway apron that is cracking and peeling. ($10,000.00) They did not complete the work that was agreed to for the total of $38,000.00 that they were paid. This contractor told us he would come back after the wet Spring and finish things but he did not and will now not even return our phone calls. He also put a poor finish on our new garage floor and said he would sand it down as it is all rough.

    Work per the contract was completed fully. The concrete driveway has zero cracks in it. It is perfectly function and within acceptable  tolerances. The garage floor was completed with a hard trowel finish to the standard necessary for customer’s future epoxy finish. We returned in late spring and completed final graded work on the property for free over and above the contract. Readjusted downspout pipes from settlement (over and above contract) for free. Customer accepted all work completed initially, just to come back months later and decide they are not happy. We as a company went over and above to satisfy this customer going as far as to take partial trades on payment due to their lack of funding. It is unfortunate that the relationship with this customer has went the direction it has. But all contracted (contract can be provided) has been completed, and accepted to building standards. We will not provide any other service to this customer for free.

    Concrete approach needs corrected.

    Steps need installed at front porch.

    Down spout needs relocated to proper spot.

    Garage floor needs corrected.

    A/C unit needs leveled correctly.

    Front yard needs final grade to remove low spots.

    Will send pictures of concrete cracks and flaking.

    I have attached the contract we The Outer Space Guys entered into with customer. I have the actual signed copy as well we can upload and submit. As previously stated, all contract work has been completed and fulfilled.

    I am rejecting this response because: The biggest problem of the project was a $10,000.00 addition and is not even in that contract!! Plus there are problems with the garage floor finish that was in the contract.
