    Buyer beware Mr. Electric Clearly took advantage of my aging mother with dementia! She initially called them out to add 1 breaker to her home and then was talked into getting a whole house surge protection, which is VERY costly and she did not want nor need it and was told that it would help the with the occasional flickering of lights, which it has not. She was misled and taken advantage of. I called on her behalf to try to resolve the situation with the owner/manager and he was defensive and did not want to try to fix the problem at all.

    From the moment Jeremy arrived at our home to conduct the quote to install of our new electrical panel, my husband and I were pleased!!! Jeremy is not only highly knowledgeable, but he is also equally nice! It is clear that Jeremy is seen as a mentor to the other team members that were in our home. They worked together as an awesome team. There was an unexpected "speed bump" in our bathroom, and I was amazed at the manner in which they collaborated, communicated, and problem solved as one unit! All four guys that were in our home were polite, and they all loved our dog! At one point our dog was up close to Drew while he was replacing a wall socket, I told Mia to move, but Drew said, "She's fine. She's doing quality control." We will definitely be using Mr. Electric again as we plan on doing other work in our home.
