      Would give no stars if I could. I took my iPhone in to fix the charging port. I broke off the plug in it. I was told they need to order a whole new case for it. Charged me $127.00, I waited a week for the fix. When I pick it up it was the same case with the scratches from where I tried to pull it out myself. They didn’t even bother to clean the speaker holds to hide the fact that all they did was pull out the plug.

      Hello, my name is Gayle and I am the business owner at DNA Computers. I have reviewed the work order associated with this interaction and discussed with the technician and store manager. The work-order indicates that this iPhone was taken in for a charging port replacement, which is an internal part. The service was performed and we still have the original charging port that was removed from the iPhone at the shop if the customer would like to have it. During a charging port replacement we do not replace the housing of the phone; we open the phone, replace the internal part, and then close the phone back up. We apologize that the repair took longer than normal. Our iPhone technician was out with the flu on Thursday and Friday of last week, which unfortunately delayed the work. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I can be of any additional assistance. Thank you

      I couldn't retrieve any information off my external; was recommended to go to DNA Computers. I'd bought a new external for DNA to transfer my data from the sick one. 2 days later DNA called me to say the couldn't access it; did I want DNA to send my external to CA for retrieval; I said yes. When CA called me to say they'd received it, I discovered my new external was not sent with the sick one. Yesterday when I received my sick external in the mail, the cord wasn't with it. I then found out DNA hadn't mailed it to CA with the external. Now I have to make two unnecessary trips to DNA to retrieve the new external they hadn't sent and now to retrieve the cord that wasn't sent and wasn't given to me last week when I had to go get the new external. I will NOT EVER take anything to DNA again!!! They're useless, unprofessional, and incomplete.
