      Ordered a fountain for our pond from Remlinger Fish Farm Kalida Ohio in April of 2022. Picked up and paid by check full amount ($557.67) for the fountain on 5/28/2022. Assembled and placed fountain in our pond 5/30/2022. Fountain did not stabilize, twisted and submerged into the pond. Have video of this. 5/30/2022Contacted one of the owners via email stating problem and asking how to go about returning for refund. He emailed back 5/30/2022 stating that had not carried or sold the unit before. Stated ‘please return if need be. We cannot return sales tax. We are sorry it did not work.’ My husband returned the fountain to Remlinger Fish Farm on 6/1/2022. At that time he was told by same owner he would look in to it and get back to him. Owner of business had fountain in his possession at that time. 6/3 I emailed again asking what he found out. I received no response. On 6/8 I emailed again. I noticed on 6/11 when reviewing my checking account that on 6/6/2022 our check to Remlinger for the fountain had been cashed. I then called and owner answered. When explaining why I was calling and stated they had not gotten back to us and the check had been cashed, the call dropped. On 6/13 I emailed again, stating the 6/11 call dropped, it had been nearly 2 weeks since we returned the fountain and we wanted a refund. No response. 6/15/2022 I emailed this owner once more, summarizing the above. I stated I would be calling about getting the issue resolved. 6/21 there was an email from him stating no refund could be issued. The fountain was a special order and they could not return it but could display it to see if some one would like to buy it. Next I spoke with another owner. He said the 3 owners, himself, his brother and a brother in law would put the fountain in one of their ponds on a Saturday and then let me know what they found. I heard nothing back so I have since phoned x 2 and left messages for 2nd owner with no response. Please help. Thanks. **** *** **** *******
