We hired Alyssa H*** to help design our bathroom and kitchen. She stated she had a team of professionals to complete the projects. We could either pay her for the design and choose our own contractors or receive a refund of the cost of the design fee, off the total bill, if we chose to use her contractors. We chose to use her contractors.

We moved forward with the remodel of the kitchen first. We were told the initial contractor had a death in the family and would not be able to do the work. She then hired M***** Display Fixtures for the install. Something that was to take 2 days took weeks. Miss H*** had Mr. M***** order the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets ordered were not what was approved in the design. Some of the cabinets were the wrong color of grey and had to be reordered. Thanks to Mr. M***** for catching this issue. Attached is the Original plan for kitchen with notes.

From Miss H*** The cost is both material and labor, not just the item itself. I'm more than happy to provide the cabinet invoice. We never received an itemized invoice for the kitchen. Miss H*** has not paid Mr. M***** for the cabinets.

Attached are the invoices from Mr. M*****. Attached is the information showing the actual cost of products that I could prove we were over charged and a spreadsheet showing what should be refunded to us and what needs to be paid to Mr. M*****. All can be refunded to us and we will pay Mr. M*****.
