    They won't help you--or even answer you--if you contact them with recurring problems. I have a lot of points from taking all their surveys, but I can't use them because my Redeem Your Rewards page is always blank: just "Rewards For You!" and a Continue button.

    Reward Survey offers the opportunity to earn points by completing short surveys. These points can be redeemed for different magazines or audio books. The customer first contacted us on 06/27/23 stating that there were no options to choose from on the rewards page. We submitted a request to our Tech department so they could review and provide their feedback or solution if there was an error. They had no reports of any problems with the website, plus the customer was able to place a new order the day before, on 06/26/23. We notified the customer of these findings. The customer has emailed on different occasions still experiencing the same issue, unable to see the rewards page. A second request to our Tech department was submitted with the same outcome. We informed the customer of this and suggested that the problems could be due to their device’s security settings or firewall that could prevent the rewards page opening or downloading. Our communications were delayed as we have to wait for our Tech department response, and due to their busy schedule, can take some time. We are continually receiving orders from this rewards program and have verified, on multiple occasions, that the website is working correctly. We are very sorry about this situation, and the technical difficulties experienced.
