    Don't buy things from here. They give you no instructions on how to use their products. They tell you that you can use their products in ways their support team say the products should not be used and will not give you a refund when you find out that what you bought is not what was advertised. Save yourself a headache and $200 and get your vaporizer elsewhere.

    Loov doesn't charge its brand new never used once because it won't charge I have submitted a claim several times and tried calling to a recording of them saying they won't responde to the message I'm leaving. They got one star because it wouldn't let me leave 0. I don't even want my money back just want to exchange it
