    I paid 5105$ for my daughter and the teacher was rude to my child and we asked ***** to stop as the teacher is not helpful and rude , he told us that he will return the money since last August 2022 he is not answering my phone and does not want to return the money

    In response to the complaint filed by Mr. ****.  The customer is not entitled to a refund.

    The ****'s purchased a Program for ACT Test improvement for their daughter.

    Normally, we do include any comments regarding the student, as they are a minor.  However, in this situation the comments regarding the student must be included in the response.

    Their daughter had poor attendance to session, incomplete assignments and practice tests.  Additionally, her behavior toward the teachers was disrespectful and condescending.

    I attempted to resolve the issue with her parents and uncle.  After a very uncomfortable conversation with her mother, who verbally attacked me the decision was made to expel their daughter from the program. 

    Due to the behavior of the student and parent the student was expelled from the program.

    When an expulsion occurs, there is no refund. 

    I hope this clarifies the issue with the **** Family.
