    We have use Ace since 2016 to pump our septic than. They sent us a reminder card that it had been 3 years since out last cleanout, so I called to schedule. I was asked if we were having any problems, and I said no. I was only calling because of the reminder card. He told us it would be $450 because we have a 1500 gal. tank. This price was quoted BEFORE anyone came out. Apparently we've been charged for a 1500 gal tank since 2016. The man who came out said everything looked great and there were no problems. I was not told how much was pumped and did not get a receipt. I later found out that we only have a ***** gal. tank, so I called to ask why we were charged for 1500. The person I spoke to said there are several reasons why they could have had to pump more, but none of these reasons applied in our case. My main question is how could they quote the price for a 1500 gal. tank BEFORE they even knew if there were going to be any special circumstances. I requested a refund of $125 and was informed that they would not refund anything.
