    This company put my new water softener in a couple years ago to replace an old one from a highly rated and very expensive company that is located in another county. The only problem I had was when I thought it quit working and called ****, the owner. He came right out to check it and someone who had been working in the laundry room had turned it off. I wasn't even aware of that. Lol When **** sold me the water softener he showed me a catalog and recommended the one I bought. There were other ones I could have purchased but I went with his recommendation and have not been disappointed.Later, I replaced the drinking water tank under my sink for a reasonable price and have not been disappointed with that either. I live in the country and have that hard well water. I think it's a great company and will recommend it to anyone. He even found a finance company that gave me the loan to buy it. I'm a widow on a fixed income (and all that). My credit rating was not great, but this company he found financed it for me at a reasonable monthly payment.
