Beyond satisfied with Rhino Shield and their product. Took a 123 year old farmhouse with original asbestos shingle siding and made it look brand new. We were able to retain the authentic look of a farmhouse. The service was top notch and I recommend to anyone looking to seal and paint their home.

Our entire experience with Rhino Shield, from the customer representative to the office staff to the crew members was exceptional! We were totally impressed with our two crew members who went above and beyond their duties as they prepped our home before applying the Rhino Shield Ceramic Coating to our log house. The house looks amazing and we are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend this company. The crew arrived early morning and worked until late afternoon each day. The entire process of prep, masking and coating lasted 4 days. The crew was very hard working and accomplished a lot each day including daily cleanup. We are very pleased with the appearance of our 2 story brick home after the job was done. We are hopeful the durability, longevity and appearance lives up to their sales pitch and guarantee. Time will tell. So far so good!Rhino Shield Columbus

Excellent job. Great attention to detail. Pancho/Damion, who did most of the work was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating to ours requests. We are very pleased with the results. The only issue was that most days only Pancho was available to work on our house and thus it took longer than expected to complete.Rhino Shield Columbus

Overall, this was a good experience. The crew was hard working and paid good attention to detail in finding and sealing small cracks in our stucco before applying the primer and Rhino Shield coating. All windows and doors were taped and covered to ensure there was no mess and the clean up looks great. We are well pleased with the appearance.Rhino Shield Columbus

We recently had Rhino Shield applied to our home. The initial sales call was good and we received all the information about the product, how it is applied and costs associated. Very thorough. Once we signed the agreement however, communication was spotty and somewhat amateurish. I received an email from ******* ******** *** that said 'Rhino Shield Welcome' it contained just an attachment (PDF document) that looked as though it had been scanned or photo copied 100 times. It was barely readable. No other information in the email, just the attachment. Afterwards a few days later I got a call from the project coordinator who was very nice however, it was clear she had not talked with the sales representative. She was wanting to schedule to work to start immediately, however, the sales rep and I had talked about the need for me to finish work on the porch and some outside woodwork prior to the work being started. He indicated it was no problem and we would work that into the schedule. So, no coordination there. I did let the project coordinator know about this and told her I would keep her in the loop as to the work being done and when it would be finished. Once the work was completed, I let her know and she promptly called me and let me know the work could start that same week Wednesday or Thursday and she would let me know Tuesday if it would be on Wednesday instead of Thursday. No call or indication and no work on either day. The crew did contact me early the next week and let me know they would be out. They communicated very well. Once on site, they worked very diligently and with care and precision to prep the house. The on-site team was great and as mentioned, communicated every step of the way. Upon the final day of work, the on-site team asked that I sign the final paperwork and make the final payment, which I did after a brief inspection of the work completed. Once they left there was no further communication or follow-up from ******* ******** ***. No phone call, no email, nada. Today I finally got a text asking me to review the experience with the BBB (this review). I never received copies of the final paperwork I signed or any communication once they were gone. In short, if I had it to do again, I probably would have just gone with re-siding the house instead of the Rhino Shield. I think it turned out really well but I have little to no confidence in any warranty should something need attention. My recommendation for ******* ******** *** is to communicate better, Actually send an email with someone adding content, don't just use an old tired, worn out document and slap it into an email. It makes you look like an unprofessional business. Further, maybe follow-up with the customer once they pay you $20k? Maybe? just like, at least one phone call or email?Rhino Shield Columbus
