      ******** company! First they trippled their prices since covid and started price gouging, then after canceling a scheduled pool closing since we found a better company and they came anyway and trespassed into my back yard without my knowledge and started closing my pool! I caught them just in time and told them to stop and leave. There was a confirmed email from them and all regarding cancelation from them to not come back but they ignored and came anyway to try and force their business on us. Do not use these people!!

      Never use this company This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with They cancelled our initial booking due to weather. (Totally makes sense) never said when they would reschedule and just showed up the following Monday. They took all day to install a Brand New Liner. After hours and filling they told us the manufacturer cut the liner wrong. We would now need to get another brand new one . We could use the pool and DJ went ahead and ordered a replacement. Lo and behold they left and never said anything. A month later then wanted the balance due yet we have a pool that needs another brand new liner. They didn’t order another one and then made an unauthorized $ 1020 to my card on 7/7. How can a company that is supposed to replace another new liner make these charges without the consent from the customers? Beware

      We spent over $3,000 with them replacing equipment for our inground pool. We needed a follow up service to replace the backwash hose. The technician who came cut the hose (presumptively by accident) then chose to patch it with electrical tape before leaving. Damaged a brand new component before even leaving on installation day. Needless to say they agreed to void the invoice and pick up the damaged hose. This was on 5/23/22. I got a call on 7/6 asking if I was going to pay the invoice for the hose install. I informed them of what was done and that their service manager said the invoice would be deleted. They took weeks to pick up the damaged hose then on 8/14 a charge for the invoice hit my account. Do not use them.
