    We've used Gunther several times, and will continue to call them with any plumbing needs. They have replaced a leaky toilet, repaired tub drains and spouts, replaced our water heater, and run a gas line to our kitchen. We've had Seth ****** as our technician most of the time, and Mike **** (Seth's supervisor) once, and both are always polite, efficient, quick, and clean. Seth responds really well to our children (2yo, 14yo) buzzing around and asking him questions, and isn't bothered by our little dog "talking" to him as well. When he's come during a school day, he's quiet and does his work thoroughly with no supervision and minimal interruption to our work. Kasey (sp?) on the phones is bright, friendly, and attentive. They are frequently able to schedule same day or next business day, even for non-urgent issues. We had a minor gas leak, and they were available within three hours. When we request Seth, she checks his availability first, and gets us his next available slot. Everyone at Gunther that we've spoken to or met has been polite, responsive, professional, and seems happy to be at work. They give 2-3 hour service windows, call/text ahead of arrival (with a picture of your tech, so no pretenders), and arrive on time every time. They work quickly, and clean up well, and the bill is always at or below the estimate, which is usually lower than, if not half of, the competition. We're really very pleased with our relationship with Gunther Plumbing.
