      i have been working there for almost a year and the owners are ghosts when it comes to the businesses, they don’t care about the well-being of their employees and tries to make the commision groomers stay and do an hourly employees job. commision workers get paid per dog not per hour. so all the workers are upset and so am I. we’ve had lots of workers quit because of the poor treatment from the owners. they are negligent to the buildings themselves as well and make all the employees pick up their slack. we aren’t owners. and we aren’t hourly workers. we do so much for the company that it’s still not enough for them. they will never be happy with whatever we do and it’s exhausting. if i’m a commision worker i’m not going to stay after i’m done and work for free. that’s not happening nor will i ever allow it to happen. i’m not going to be a slave to this business.
