      Great local company. From setting up the consultation to the install I received excellent service. My home is a lot more comfortable than before the install and I'm seeing a decrease in my gas bill. I would highly recommend them.

      Got USA Insulation in Aug.2023 I have an older home and when the salesperson ****** ********* out of ******** ,** came and told me how these would help keep this house alot warmer in winter so I feel for his sales pitch spend almost $9,000.00 for this insulation and my walls are still cold to the touch I still have to keep my heat up and when it is windy out the wall you can feel the air coming through. I am retired and thought this would help with my oil heat but that was a lie It's pretty bad when you have to sit with sweatshirts just to keep warm and the heat up to 72 degrees.I am so dissapointed the money spend out to this company and you get no results in helping to make your home better. It's like I never had anything done to my walls! ***** from **

      Workers left my basement in a deplorable un slightly mess . After many phone calls they refused to make it right. They said and I quote . It meets *** criteria. I ask for what un slightly conditions ! I had a *** inspector in , he said it does meet overhang requirements BUT it could have been made to look neat along the border !! This is my home and I use my basement as part living space . I have already put in 3 hours to cut and paint the foam they left in bubbles and covering my pipes and glass block windows. I have more hours to go to make it look acceptable! I would not recommend this Company to ANYONE

      Salesmen was just that a salesmen, PROMISSED a certain time to come for insulation of an attic, did not meet that time nor did they call back! As of still writing this, still waiting for a time, now that my whole day is ruined waiting for them. Do not take them for their word, they will say whatever to get you to use them, horrible customer service!

      I had USA Insulation do my home. They Do Not put the foam in front top to bottom. When I had my bathroom redone, There was insulation in every other section. It's not as shown on TV with it going from top to bottom and everything filled between 2x4s. They came back a few years later because I felt cold air across the floor. More foam was added & the gentleman didn't even think any was put into the front of the house. It hasn't changed my heating bill & I keep it low to save money. I'm sorry I wasted my money. I have written to them a few times w/o a response. ***** *

      They did not install baffling as required in the contract. The attic insulation blocked air flow from the sofit vents causing the roof to rot from the inside. They claim no liability for the damages. Be sure to check the work when completed. They will not honor the craftsmanship warranty. Read the fine print on the contracts, they are not liable for anything, and you must hire a professional ventilation expert to inspect the home prior to installation.

      I spent so much money on an insulation job just for it to not even work, every area in the house is still cold. I was trying to save money on agas and electric by getting insulation done for 7,000 dollars just to get screwed over. Even when I told them about it they did nothing.

      Had USA Insulation Put in Insulation in 2020..JUNK...I had ask about remodeling and they said NO PROBLEM...LIARS....When I opened up the walls it ALL FELL OUT. I paid **** dollars for a Small **** Sq Ft House.It is **** DO NOT USE THEM...Find someone Else..

      The foam is held in place by the interior and exterior walls so when you tear that out it can become disturbed depending on what kind of walls you have and what other material if any was inside the wall. Either way, the product comes with a lifetime warranty so if you are having an issue you just call the number on the top of your contract and we can schedule you a inspection and touch up the area you disturbed during the remodel.

      I've had nothing but GREAT interactions with this company from the moment I called to get an estimate to the time the work was finished. I noticed a difference the day left my residence with the job they did. I will always recommend this company if someone is looking for this type of work needing done for their home.
