    We had work contracted to have shutters and front door repainted. The shutter spikes selected for the job were not the right size and repeatedly come out of the front brick of the house (3 shutters). We did not immediately contact the business because the shutter spikes had been repainted to color match and we couldnt just install new generic ones. We finally contacted the business for repair because the shutter spikes wont stay in the brick and we have to push them in almost daily. They said because we are 40 days out from the warranty period, they wont do anything & would require billing of $120 + $60 for each additional 30 mins to repair. The job wasnt done right the first time. We paid over $1100 and the shutter spikes dont even stay in the front of the home. If the job was done right & we were beyond the warranty, we would understand. But 40 days seems a little ridiculous to not even offer anything at all to help the customer. Would never use their services again. Now we have to pay an insane amount more money for a simple repair (that shouldnt have been needed in the first place)? We didnt even need these shutters painted - only did it so they were painted the same time as the door. Now we have more problems than if we had left them alone and not paid Mr ********************** anything.

    ****************** we apologize we did  not meet your expectations. We reviewed the work and documents. We are not sure when you called us back for warranty, but the warranty is only good for months. Your work was completed in July of 2023. It is possible that the shutter pins are worn and/or the brick holes are stripped out. Although this is not in warranty, feel free to call me at the office and we can get it rectified.
