    I attended my father-in-laws funeral where Stacy’s Kitchen was hired as the caterer. The caterer arrived late, the food was served lukewarm, and the servers were unable to fulfil their duties so family members stepped in to help. Our family is incredibly disappointed in the service on the day, however it is the lack of follow up from Stacy after an already difficult day that is completely unacceptable. The only thing our family is looking for is an explanation as to why things went so horribly wrong, and why there was a clear lack of empathy and compassion in Stacy’s response, given she was communicating with a widowed and bereaved woman. After we posted a negative review on Google she called my mother in law swearing and berating her.
