5 starsI absolutely LOVE Roth and ALL their employees!! I have used them several times on gut out projects of single and multiple rooms. Some were water damage and other was other damages. In EVERY case they ALWAYS go above and beyond on the job. Their crews are respectful of persons and property, they clean up at the end of EACH DAY, they are ALWAYS on time or KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP, great communication and their work is incredible! ??Review fromTina H

Wish I could leave -0 review Scam artists!!!! Showed up day after our fire misrepresenting themselves, acting like they were sent there from our insurance. ************* off house before new shingles were delivered and flooded our home. Water damage destroyed our kitchen cabinets. **** than tried to bully me into excepting $2,200 to replace our cabinets claiming they were cheap pressed wood. Asking me what do I expect Finally fired them and now theyre lying about things to my insurance. All I can Say is RUN!!! Do not hire them! The sub-contractors dont speak English, dont show when supposed to, etc. too much bad to even include it all! Up charge for everything, things that insurance was covering. Theyve taken no responsibility for the damage theyve caused to our family on top of loosing our home to a fire! Took them 10 months just to do rough mechanics! Weve since had to hire new contractor praying we go home this year! Please dont hire them!

This person filed a complaint with the BBB against us on 7.27.22. There are a lot of false statements offered by the customer and we are in litigation against them due to lack of payment. After the BBB investigated the complaint, the BBB found no reason to formally publish this complaint though the BBB and Roth Construction Columbus cannot stop someone from writing a review. We understand fire damage to one's home is very stressful and some people handle it better than others. We hope the best for this person.
