      First things first, I have yet to receive my paycheck and have had to get the labor department involved because not one of my supervisors will return my calls. Second, The job posting I applied to had completely different hours so I was basically hired under false pretenses. This company does not care about its employees. Very disappointed in ContactUS

      Worked with them briefly. Didn't get paid for over three weeks. Ended up with an illness and no communication between HR and myself despite my best efforts. I was terminated for being sick.Supervisor touted communication and being flexible, and yet the second I was at home working remotely, I was in trouble for leaving 1 minute before break to use the toilet, told I needed to sacrifice my break to use the toilet. Pay rate was only $12 an hour. I can make more working fast food and this job required extensive training. I didn't work this hard in factory.I will say the client I worked with was great. The customers were overall great and the contact with the client management was easy, they were friendly and easy to work with.I absolutely do NOT recommend working for them and Indo not recommend them as a third party for handling your customer service outsourcing needs. The way they handle their employees is subhuman.
