    On July 1st I contacted first class ************* about repairing a window that was broken my home. I was contacted a few hours later and was told no problem he could do the job please provide pictures and measurements of window, which I did. I was told he would get a quote together and get back with me never mentioning once that he was booking 10 weeks out. I patiently waited 13 days to give the man time to get his quote together and give me a call back. On July 14th I sent a message asking if he got a quote together for me yet, at that time was told he doesn't have time to do my window he's booked 10 weeks out at this time. I told him it would have been nice to give me a call back and let me know that or don't take the job on in the first place. **** then got angry with me and said it was my fault for taking two weeks to get back with him, can you believe the audacity? I have all text messages from **** first stating that the job wouldn't be a problem and then he only needs pictures and measurements to get a quote together. Now it is somehow my fault that I took 13 days to call back to him when he was supposed to return my call saying he forgot all about me. This is not the way you do business, and the rudeness didn't help either.

    As one can see in the messages, there was never a mention of getting a "quote" together. As any contractor cannot quote a job without a site inspection to determine all aspects of the work at hand. And the messages also show who became accusatory, threatening, irritated, and began using some colorful language. We did apologise most sincerely for not getting back to the client in a timely fashion. There was never an exchange of money, deposit paid, or even a "proper" site inspection made for this client. And all this...for a missed phone call, and the inability to attend to his job at hand...seems a bit much! We still apologise for not getting back in touch with you! Please remember businesses are operated by HUMANS! And to be human, is to make errors! Noone is perfect! I believe the countless other reviews confidently show that we strive to make customer service a priority.
