  Mixed bag. Sales rep did a good job. Bought a used vehicle for my daughter however the head gasket blew up in less than two weeks rendering the vehicle completely inoperable. It would cost more to fix the issue than the car is worth. Seems like their mechanics should have seen signs of such a major issue prior to putting it on the lot. Sure, I bought the car as-is but was hoping the dealership would stand behind the sale and work with me out of good-faith. Can't recommend this business.

  I traded in my car on 10/25/23 and they still have not paid off my previous loan. I am currently stuck with two vehicle loans. Also when I bought my jeep they didn’t not show me the price break down and had me under the impression my vehicle was 25,000 when in fact it wasn’t. They lied to me and told me they had to up charge me in order to get a better interest rate. I do not recommend wasting your time with this dealership. All they do is lie.

  I took a truck in for service. They said the alignment would be $99. Then once there it was $259. When I complained they said it was really only $159. They said I needed to replace the fuel and air filters - We did that a week ago! Another service was required, regen of the exhaust system. Another dealer later said that this might be needed with double the miles and half the cost. At this point I realize that they have not even looked at the truck and the components. They did not even address the issues that we mentioned were causing a problem. I cannot recommend them. They are dishonest and are trying to rip the customer off any way they can. Everyone of the employees from the service director to the agents to the technician lied and were caught in their lies and then tried to lie again. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO A DISHONEST DEALER!!!

  I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from any John Hinderer dealership you were the only option within 500 miles! When I purchased my truck, the front brake caliper (the entire caliper) was laying inside the wheel, not even attached! I received ZERO support from John Hinderer. 8 days after I purchased the truck, the DEF injector failed. I received ZERO support from John Hinderer. Then the water pump failed. I received ZERO support from John Hinderer. Then the turbo actuator failed. I received ZERO support from John Hinderer. Then the transmission failed. I received ZERO support from John Hinderer. All I specifically purchased from John Hinderer because you promised a “Lifetime Powertrain Warranty”, but every issue was ultimately DENIED under the warranty, even those specifically covered by the “warranty”. John Hinderer does not stand behind its warranty. You pretend to until it’s time for a repair, then suddenly a clause in the “warranty” is highlighted releasing your dealership from any obligation. How convenient. And your service manager, last name C*****, was disrespectful, unprofessional, combative, and rude! A few considerations.. If the warranty company does not/will not back up its product (the warranty), then DON’T USE THEM!! If your service manager does not accurately represent John Hindere’s values, is unprofessional, and combative, FIRE HIM!!

  This guy sells vehicles 'as is' and doesn't tell you what all is wrong with it. Then sticks the customer with large bills of repair and loans. He needs to go bankrupt. He nailed my fiancee with this ********. She's had nothing but issues after maybe 3 months of having her vehicle and she's stuck. Every time we turn around something else is breaking down on this thing.
