      I called embers to ashes to have brick and mortar work done on our chimney. I spoke with Travin L*****, Who claims to be vice president and owner of the company. He is a great sales person, and will offer more than what he really does. he is not completely truthful with all his words. Some of the work I am pleased with other parts of it, I am not so pleased. He got his final payment that he says is completed of the work in mid April. He said he would have the brick color match, but it does not. He stated he would come back and correct it but now, five months later he still has not made the connection. after multiple text messages back-and-forth of him stating he is super busy he never has made any corrections. He is a poor representative of any follow up work that anyone needs done. I am not sure I would ever recommend him to anyone else. I assume I will never get resolution or correction of what he claims he would do. I believe his charges are much more than I needed to pay for the time and materials that he put into the work on our chimney. please be cautious if you use this company.

      I was ripped off nearly $3k and did not approve or consent to having my deposit check cashed and he did it anyways and took off out of town with my money ignoring my please to get my deposit back. He did no work yet, felt entitled to my money when I clearly left him many messages saying I needed service adjustment and would only be in need of some of the services and needed total adjusted in which he ignored me and took off for the weekend with my mo having done zero work for it.
