    This towing company was towing a car that exploded on the highway. The driver of the tow truck wouldn't pull over. But I was able to get pictures of the tow truck & the car it was towing. (Plus, both license plates) 89% of my car was damaged. I just want my car fixed.

    Our insurance company has received a claimed that she filed. They are dealing with it. It out of my hands at this point.from the what our insurance company stated that her insurance company has paided the claim and they are now doing an investigation to figure it out. Please tell her to contact her insurance company

    I am rejecting this response because: I explained to the owner of the company, that there's still a balance still owed on my car. I didn't hit my own car. It's not right what I've had to go thru & all I want is my car fixed. My insurance company isn't handling it, that's why I am. So once again...I have sent estimates & pictures to prove it happened. The police even said it happened. So once again...this is the last attempt to try & resolve this issue. Already have file

    My son's black **** ******** **** was picked up at the end of February/first week of March. It was taken to their lot. My son told me the car had been towed, and he asked me to pick it up as he couldn't.

    I called them to ask what I needed to do to get the car out of the lot. Mr. ****** told me I couldn't pick it up. Mrs. ****** told me Mr. ****** was on vacation. 

    I kept calling to ask if I could pick up the vehicle. Mr. ****** kept saying no.  

    I told him that **** *** owned the car, and they would pick it up. ******* called me saying they could not get Mr. ****** on the phone. I told him he cannot sell the car at auction. 

    Then I tried to have a 3 way call with **** *** and Mr. ******. Mr. ****** said he already talked to them. But ******* said he had not talked to them. 

    Five weeks later, ****** told me I could go to ***** **** and pick up the car with a notary. He could have told me that on day one. He only told me this after he racked up hundreds in storage fees.

    Originally I explained to the lady that she herself could not come. Get the car without a release from the police department. She informed me that her son was incarcerated. I told her she will have to get paperwork from the court or Or power of attorney to get it released. She accused me of wanting to keep his car. I explained to her. I have no interest in his car. I would like for them to get it out. She has told me that I have lied to her about this and told her that it was six weeks after the vehicle was in pounded that I told her about a power of attorney. At that point the car had only been there f40 days. I also informed her that I was not legal counsel and was not at justice to tell her what to do with the paperwork.     I had called about the vehicle ******'s Towing stated, I filed a complaint on him don't call back until I get what I need to get the vehicle. I let him know **** *** the legal Owner of the vehicle was coming to pick the car up. ******'s Towing stated, I know they are coming. **** *** went to go pick the vehicle up when they arrived, he changed the price 1600.00. ******'s Towing told **** *** to come and get the vehicle and he changed the price to a higher price when they arrived. **** *** has put a lien on the title. The lender reported to me there is a hold on the car title it allows them to repossess the car if the borrower stops making payments. My sons make payments, but he is incarcerated.
