    I ordered a t-shirt related to the college title champion game as a gift and was guaranteed a delivery date no later than 1/18, as the game was 1/20. Per their guarantee, they will provide a full refund if not received by the guaranteed date. Their website states they are closed until next season. I sent two e-mails to ************************************** as listed on their website. I have requested a full refund as well as a return shipping label and have received no response.

    The shirts I ordered were guaranteed for delivery before the playoff game which is tomorrow All I have received is an email supposedly from **** to verify my address and pay .18 cents by credit card tried several which I knew were good before it accepted one. Next thing I get an alert from my bank telling me my info had been attached to an ***** PAY account. I have never used ***** anything, knew I was scammed.

    I ordered a t-shirt shirt from their Facebook advertisement on 1/30/23. It was $22.00 + 5.25 shipping. I received on 2/6/23. The size was way too big on me and material seemed different vs what was advertised so did not want an exchange for other size. I looked up their website on how to get refund. I could find no phone number, only email. I emailed on 2/6, 2/7, 2/10 & 2/16 with no response. Today, I found this bbb.org site to file complaint. I will never order from a business like this again, only well known companies. Terrible business ethics!
