My husband and I are golden agers living in home we love but finding it hard to navigate the steps from our upstairs bedroom. We called ** **** and asked them about assisting us in moving our bedroom downstairs! ** **** easily assisted us in clearing out and disposing of furniture in the 1st floor study and then moving furniture from our upstairs bedroom down into the study. Now, we are all set in our new bedroom and we LOVE it! Thank you EE Ward Moving & Storage!

We used them for the first time and loved everything about it We moved from ********** Oh to **********, first time moving out of town let alone state so we were nervous about the move ****** and ****** was very helpful as was the driver, ********************* and helpers. Very polite and careful. It was good to see the same driver at delivery!Definitely would recommend them and use againE. E. Ward Moving & Storage

Moved with EE ward from Cleveland to Columbus and had a great experience! They were so careful with all of my things and made moving simple for me and my husband. Had a great experience moving from Cleveland to Columbus. They took such great care of our stuff and everything was moved without any issue. Very professional as well and the movers went above and beyond. This is our third time moving with them and everytime has been great! We have had several disappointing and stressful moves in the last two decades, so we could not have anticipated the amazing service we received fro **** and his crew completely won our hearts and our gratitude, and made us realize what we had been missing. They arrived on time, were courteous--and even joyful!-- and just being with them made the chaos of moving more fun and life giving. Both in the moving out of the former dwelling and moving into the new one, the entire process took FAR less time than we were expecting. They wrapped every piece of our furniture with meticulous care and we watched with amazement as they gathered our garage into a "speed box." Stairs in both places did not seem an obstacle. We honestly felt sad to let them go at the end of both moving days, as they had graciously and efficiently made our lives so much better. We are deeply humbled by the level of service we received, and it seemed obvious that **** had brought in a crew that was both motivated and talented, but also that they respected and followed his leadership. This organization has figured it all out. It starts with hiring the right people who understand and enjoy their jobs. Their attitudes are key, and affect everything they do. This comes from the top down. They were thorough, efficient, prompt, careful, and kind. Everyone does his/her job…very well. I wish I had used them in earlier moving nightmares. I am overjoyed with *************! Everything about them was superb!!! From the initial visit to see what items I had to pack and move, to free carons (!) to the amazing move coordinator who answered all my paranoid questions to the amazing team that carefully packed, wrapped and loaded all of my belongings. Everyone without question was polite, prepared and also had a sense of humor - smiles and gentle laughter go a long way in easing a stressful situation.
