    Lee’s HVAC scammed us for 4K. They left our project incomplete, only two out of four furnaces were installed and purchased. We paid for 75% of the proposal and only received 50% of labor and materials. We paid them 8K, and then 4K more. We are requesting a refund of $4K. I have been contacting them to finish their work for 2 months now. I have a paper trail, attached. I have an email where they acknowledge that they are responsible for finishing the work. Attached email. "Nonetheless, we will get back over there and finish the job we agreed to do, that I give you my word on."

    7.1.2022, BBB received call from Mr. L**. He said on 6/28 and 6/29 tried to contact consumer by email to schedule remaining work to be complete. Mr. L** said he has not received a response. Mr. L** stated that he needs lock box and permission to enter property to complete remaining work.

    This company has not responded to me for 6 weeks, I emailed them on a weekly basis, requesting they finish their work. These emails were ignored, paper trail was attached. I provided them w/a reasonable amount of time. I also provided them w/a deadline before escalating, which was also disregarded. 

    They emailed me on 6/29 only because this complaint was submitted. 

    I do not want to continue to do business with them, and I do not want them on my property. I am requesting a refund of my last payment of $4,165.062.

    I will still be at a financial loss, being that it will cost me to hire someone to finish the job.
