      For the past several years Waterbeds and Stuff have run a back to school sale on a futon that has a fold down section for $159.The last several years when I went to purchase the futon I have been told I have to purchase it for $259. The ad ran on television and the Chillicothe store would not honor the sale price. I contacted the *************** and they would not honor the sale price either. I really liked the futon.Well, now I can get the futon I want from ******* AND for the $159 price.Be careful dealing with Waterbeds and Stuff. They have no honor with price and their ad prices are often deceptive.

      Our most recent interaction with ************** was February 27th thru March 11, 2023 via email thread through my furniture website, bedsnstuff.com. She had visited my *********** location and inquired about a particular piece of furniture called a drop-down Klik Klak or futon. She referenced a ** ad she saw sometime in 2019 during back to school. In this then 3+ year-old ad, the item was offered at a sale price of $149. We attempted to explain that the ad was indeed over 3 years old and that the price had gone up significantly since then. After much email banter, 11 emails in 13 days, and in an attempt to satisfy her, we agreed to sell her one at the price she saw in the 3-year-old ad, which was well below cost. This is documented in the email thread. The last time an ad with that item at that price ran was in March of 2020 for income tax season, just prior to stores closing due to covid. Instead of simply purchasing the item at the greatly reduced price, she instead just accused us of ripping her off/false advertising and said she was going to file complaints with the ************************ and the BBB. After hearing nothing after that, we assumed she had purchased elsewhere and we moved on to new business.Now I see that she has filed yet another complaint/review rehashing the entire previous episode concerning the ** ad from 2019-2020. As I had already acquiesced and agreed to sell it at the reduced price a year and 5 months ago, I am at a loss as how to respond. This item has now been discontinued. I have retained all documentation concerning this particular incident including the ** ad itself and would be more than happy to forward it for inspection. Due to these circumstances, I respectfully request this review be removed from my company profile.

      I purchased two Lost Mary blue razz ice vapes from here. Went to my car, noticed the lady did not give me the flavor I asked for. I went inside, asked to swap them out as I had only ripped the packed open, not consumed any. She went to the back and spoke to someone, came back to the front and said ok, give me the box it came in, I'll keep the one out of the package, placed it in her pocket, handed me what was supposed to be the correct ones. I walked back to my car, drove off, arrived at another store and took them out of the box and tested one. I had an absolute choking fit. I thought it was never going to stop. I was about to call for an ambulance in the target parking lot. Not only was the flavor completely wrong, the charging port rubber piece was not the correct color on these vapes. There was zero flavor, it tasted like I was sucking burned ashes out. I tried the other, same result. I charged them, nothing different only this time I didn't inhale fully again to prevent the coughing and choking. Nonetheless, after realizing she had asked for the package and vape back, catching some of the mumbles about swapping them out from the back, seeing her act very nervous and weird about it, it's clear they know they're selling fake age restricted products that can possibly prove to be a serious health risk to the general public, not only this but I fear they're the ones repackaging these products for sale. Consumers beware!*

      Billy, can you please give me the location that you purchased from, approximate time of day and a brief description of the person. If you still have the receipt with an item number that would be a great help. We have been here in central Ohio for over 50 years and have 13 retail locations in the area. No, it's not clear that we sell fake products as we certainly would not benefit from providing unhealthy options to the customers that we rely on to grow our business.
