      Paid $500 for In-car instruction. At the end of the Instruction they are supposed to email a certificate of completion. I called about the certificate. They said it takes ***** business days to send. However, if I wanted to pay a $25 fee, I could have the certificate in 10 minutes. What a scam. They have you over a barrel. She could've sent me the certificate while she was on the phone with me. All they want is more money, and they have you and can do whatever they want.

      I paid and got a start date for my son. He attended classes and then needed to schedule his in cars. Had to call for weeks, and could not get ahold of anyone. Finally, ******* returned my call only to tell me that she could not find my son in her system. She asked for me to send proof through emails, which I never received, so instead I looked up my bank account statement and sent that. She called back to tell me that they still needed the emails for “proof.” She was extremely rude and the whole situation was aggravating, especially since a very similar situation happened with my older son just 2 years ago!! Her accusations was out of line and so was her attitude. She called back to tell me she found him under my name. I asked to speak to a manager after I felt like she was still being rude, and sarcastic and took pleasure in telling me that he couldn’t get scheduled until the end of October and that i would need to call back beginning of October. I then asked to speak to a manager who was just as rude. Then asked to speak to a higher up, and the manager would not give a name or a time I could call her manager. When I asked for corporates number the manager said she was refunding me my money and my son could go somewhere else and proceeded to hang up on me!!

      They take your money and tell you one thing and do something different. Paid for in car and was told would be scheduled in 6 to 8 weeks still not scheduled. Called and was told they can schedule a month from now but only hours are during school hours. So my child would have to miss school everyday day for 2 hours to take driving class. This is crazy why won't you have weekends or hours outside of school? Very poor ran business.
