  Our experience was excellent!Building a large scale detached garage takes many steps and organization. The *** team did a great job seeing everything though from start to finish.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced contractor for their next project. Thanks to Parks and Shawn for all their efforts and attention to detail!

  We had a complete kitchen remodel done by AIS and all I want to do is cook so I can stay in the kitchen. I finally have my dream kitchen and so thankful for Aubrey’s design expertise to help it come to life. We are so pleased with the outcome and couldn’t work with a better team of people, from design to project closure (in just 4 weeks)! Their team is very professional, we were always kept up to date on all phases during the project. We can’t wait to show off our new kitchen to friends and family! It has such a ‘WOW’ factor when you first walk in the room. I highly recommend this team, they treat you like family and always with a positive attitude. Thank you AIS!

  AIS removed an old room and deck and built us a large outdoor room with two pergolas including a large TV wall, fireplace, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, granite counter tops, custom lighting throughout. They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. Rodney's crew did the custom framing and always accommodated any changes that came along. They're good people to work with. You can't go wrong using AIS on your next project.

  We have used AIS Renovations a couple times in recent months (a large structural repair, as well as a smaller siding repair ). Found them to be very responsive, with great communication. The crews they had on site were courteous and professional and we were very happy with the results in both instances. Would not hesitate to use them again.

  I was so fortunate to have AIS Renovations recommended to me by a friend here in Grove City. I hired them to remodel my kitchen. I was concerned about finding the quality I was seeking based on my budget. Aubrey worked with me, understood what I was looking for, and helped me find tremendous options that worked so well. From start to finish, the project was smooth and easy. Communication was great. All contractors were professional, clean and kind. My project stayed on schedule and on budget. I couldn’t be happier. I added a few windows along the way and they were able to incorporate that into the timeline. I will use them again and would recommend them to everyone! THANK YOU AIS!!

  We recently had our kitchen remodeled. Everything from start to finish was well done. We knocked out a wall, changed the flooring, removed soffits, changed paint color. The finished job was professional and we are delighted with the results. We highly Recommend A.I.S. Renovations.

  Very dependable family owned business. Top notch work and great to work with. Took exceptional care of my mom with an unexpected renovation of over half of her home and completed the job in less time than expected. I can't express my gratitude enough for the professionalism shown and the coordination of the process. Even taking time in evenings for meetings to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend!!

  In March we completed a basement finish with AIS and only have good things to say about the experience! . Jay G*****, the ******* *******, was exceptional in his attentiveness and responsiveness. Without fail he answered our questions promptly and was a very pro-active communicator. Having built a home and done many remodeling projects, that level of consistent communication is rare. The trades were all great and extremely respectful of our home. The tiling job in our tub/shower area was stupendous! It was a challenging design and they pulled it off beautifully. Justin and Austin, the trim carpenters, really brought it home for us to get us done and in our new space. We are enjoying movies in our media space, working in the new home office, relaxing in our “spa” bath with wine we grabbed from our new wine room. Thanks AIS for a helping us create a great addition to our home!

  From the moment we hired AIS to do renovations on our kitchen, we knew we made the right choice without a doubt. This family-owned, local business made us feel like we were their only clients throughout the whole renovation process. They helped in every decision we made from the design aesthetic, to the materials needed to complete the project. They created a project timeline that was closely managed and monitored. Everything was executed and completed in a timely manner, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. We would definitely recommend AIS for any and all home improvement needs. We can’t wait to work with them again!
