    Ordered a MacBook Pro 13. The photos shown on the website were completely different than the product that I got the product that I got is completely old and out of date to the point that Apple no longer offers any type of updates for this computer. The only thing you can do with this computer is to use it for Internet access. You cannot use it for any type of emails, calendars photo editing, video, editing, etc. when trying to make a resolution with the company, they refuse to make any type of resolution and boasted of how I was wrong that the proof in the photos that I submitted to them that they were wrong they have no customer service and really should be put out of business. If they can’t do things better than what they’re doing, not to mention for one box I had two shipping numbers could not track this package from the time that I purchased it until the day when it was delivered definitely wouldn’t do business with them

    I made a purchase online using my Apple Card to a different merchant other than Apple. I purchased 3 items and returned 1 and they have already issued me my refund back to the card I used of $27.67. Apple will not transfer my money into my bank account. they claim they cannot find it....... they claim they holding it for future purchases. ... that's my money and not theirs and I dont know what to do to get them to transfer my refund back to me. This is not with any Apple Store. This is using Apple credit card. This isn't the first time ive had this problem with them*
