    We started with this company as a supplier of Virtual Assistants to handle scheduling calls over social media, and they had a CRM offering to go with it. At first everything seemed great, this was what we were looking for to help our business scale and grow. They're VAs barely knew English, and had little idea of the euphamisms in American language. After just a couple of months the results were really terrible. Not only did the VA not book a single call that closed, but after it was over she spammed us with bank transfer requests to send her money owed after we were told that FitBiz would handle paying the VA. Their own VAs tried to scam us... On top of that, the CRM software they offered us was very clunky and slow. Their mobile app was really terrible and didn't work correctly most of the time or didn't work the same as the desktop browser version. We had multiple contacts lost simply due to bad software systems. And then when I went to close the account as we weren't using it anymore, they gave us the runaround when we tried to cancel our account as there is no way to do so on your own. You have to text them, and they make you jump through hoops and try to pull you back in over and over. We actually had to create a bank account with its own card and no money just so we could block them charging us after we demanded they close our account. Overall this company set us back months and cost us 10s of thousands in lost revenue.
