    Complaint taken over the phone by BBB staff: Tree service clear out wooded lot - prepaid 1/2 ($400). Work done 20% **** never came back - not finished. Money outstanding - job remains months later. Consumer states he went online and filed 2 online complaints - opened with BBB, but he has not heard anything & doesn't have any information about a filed complaint.

    The co.Troy The tree guy was working on a property next door, I talked with them about dropping branches because of my fence he missed it until the last couple of branches and dropped a big one and smashed my fence I was willing to work with them gave them cold drinks and they didn't even come to talk to me about it so I need the money to fix my fence I have 3 dogs

    The fence does not belong to the individual who filed the complaint. We were hired to cut down the trees so the fence could be replaced for the new homeowner who bought the property next door to the complainant.
