      Our management company changed in January to CMOC. Weve attempted multiple times to contact them for billing information to pay our condo dues. It is now July 31st, and miraculously they found the time to respond, with $2,400 that has been sent to collections. They said they had the wrong email address on file. Seems like they had the right one to give the collections company. They also had our physical mailing address, and still couldnt send so much as a bill. Their practices should be illegal.

      I've never dealt with a more incompetent management company. **** ****** is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. He attempts to use his power and privileges to take advantage of the residences he manages. I have never had issues with other management companies until CMoC took over our account. Now they "lose" payments until after the due date so they can attempt to collect late fees, hoping that we will just pay the fees. I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

      Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to address a review by this reviewer. We do not show in our records that this name is a condo owner of any of the communities that we manage. Condo Management of Columbus has been in business for 34 years and we manage 52 condo communities. We did not obtain this success and longevity by providing the poor service as described here.At CMOC, all official communication with condo owners is sent to the address of the Unit. We do not use an email address provided by the previous management company for official correspondence. It seems in this case that persons other than the actual owner of the Unit were involved without being in the loop of the normal mailings that are sent out.It is essential that important details such as condo fee payments and account statements are sent to the official location, which is the Unit address. Email addresses are subject to changes and are by no means official locations.We apologize for the inconvenience that this reviewer endured and going forward we have established a good routing of information for this account.
