    ******* **** IS A ***** I SIGNED A CONTRACT ON OCT 27 WITH HPER AUTO TRANSPORT MY CAR FROM ********** TO ******* AND I HADE TO GIVE THE DRIVER ADDITIONAL $200.00 ON TOP OF THE 1350 THAT I PAID AND WHEN I TRIED ******* HE IS SCREENING MY CALLS AND HASNT RETURN MY CALL OR EMAILS.

    Booked a transport through hyper auto transport for my landcruiser about 3 weeks in advance and on day of pickup got a call stating that the truck was having issues and couldnt be picked up. Sounded to me like a lie but tried to be understandable. Took them two days to find another driver and just as expected they doubled the price on the shipment and doubled the price on the reservation fee which made zero sense to me since we had a contract written up. I went ahead with the shipment as I was in a rush moving to another state and can say it was an awful experience. The broker was very rude and aggressive calling and texting non stop for payment. I would avoid this company at all cost!. Original quote will most certainly not be honored.

    I have used Hyper Auto Transport twice now. **** has been my contact for both. The cars were transported from ************* and ******* to my home in *************,N.C. Both were delivered earlier than expected. The drivers were very nice and were good care takers for both cars. They also went over the cars to make sure they were in the shape they were sent. **** and Hyper Auto Transport will be the only ones I use for my car pick up needs

    One of the best quotes we received, which made me skeptical. But all went well! **** was responsive. Of course there is some uncertainty when trying to broker a truck for a pickup/delivery. But I was very impressed they were able to give me a 100% solid price upfront, and got the job done within 2 days. A great feat of logistics!

    I discussed the plan with ****** **** in a day one. He gave me good price. Next day they picked up my car. And the third day I got my car at the destination. Everything was very quick.

    I am so thankful for this company! *** was able to get my car picked up in less than 24 hours. The transporter said in communication with me and it was a smooth handoff. Highly recommend!
