    Company is not honoring 1 year warranty on shrubs and trees planted August 2022. Notified Adam on May 16th of several plants needing to be replaced and potentially 1 tree. I was told multiple times by Adam he would be out to take a look. Last communication was a month ago via phone indicating he would be out by end of June and replace beginning of July. It is now July 11th and despite my follow-up communications, I have not heard from Adam. I have sent over 10 messages via email or text since May 16th and still Adam hasn't stopped out to see which plants need replaced. Warranty expires mid-August 2023. At time of install, Adam told me most of my plants are covered under the 1-year warranty because he planted mostly shrubs and trees. Owner seeking replacement of shrubs and trees that did not make it through the winter.

    Good morning,

    We reached out to ****i, and let her know that we wanted to wait until fall, when the weather is more appropriate for planting new nursery stock. We have since replaced the 1 crimson king maple tree that was struggling, and we also replaced 1 of the catmint plants, which only had a 30 day warranty, not a 1 year warranty. We did so at no cost to the customer, which we also charge a service fee to replace items under warranty, the nursery only warranties the plant itself. We did the above with no cost to the customer, since she had to wait an extra month for the weather to be more accommodating after the warranty period was expired. We appreciate your patience *****!
