    My daughter sent me an arrangement of a Valentine's berry bouquet from Edible Arrangements on 330 Hamilton road for Valentines day. I have Ring video, so later I could see they arrived on Feb 15 @ 12:40 pm. The delivery lady gently knocked twice, did not use the doorbell and left them on the front porch. Unfortunately, it was 72 degrees that day and my porch faces due West. That evening, after 6:30 pm, my daughter called to ask if I had received anything. She then told me I should go check the front porch and there was the arrangement. It was covered only by dripping wet cellophane and the strawberries had been cooked by the sun. Since it was after hours, I tried to report it on line. Unfortunately, it would not take the number that was on the card. I called the next day only to be told she would have to discuss it with the owner on Monday and call me back. I did not receive a call and called today to have them say: they "did their part by delivering them" and "the strawberries were probably sour from sitting in the sun". They refused to give my daughter a credit. This was a TOTAL waste of my daughter's money for something that was totally UNEDIBLE and had to be thrown out.
