Im very pleased with the service received from Mid Ohio Hearth Products.Communication was excellent, quick scheduling and prompt arrival. Even arrived early.2 gas fireplaces that hadnt been serviced in 18 years. Basically just needed a thorough cleaning. One small part required.Absolutely no attempt to unnecessarily replace parts. And freely showed how to open them up for cleaning.Price quoted was the price charged, and very reasonable at that.Professional and reliable, I highly recommend.
