All of our items are custom, and are designed to your specific requirements. We utilize a proofing process in order to insure layout accuracy prior to production and, as such, may not be returned unless layout information was engraved incorrectly compared to the approved proof, or the merchandise arrives damaged. For your protection, please review the proof carefully before approving. If the layout was engraved other than what was represented in the proof or if the item was damaged or lost during shipping, please call us within 7 days of receiving your product for instructions on returning your engraving. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be glad to help make sure you get exactly what you want."
