      We pre-paid, and purchased Propane from Beck Suppliers in *******, **** last August to the tune of $1,550.86. We called to have Propane delivered on January 13, 2025, when our tank was at 29%. They told us it would be 7-10 days. As of today Jan. ******* we still do not have Propane. They promised it to us on Wednesday Jan. *******, however it was NOT delivered. We called them back on Thursday Jan. 23, 2025, and again they promised it would be delivered today. It was NOT. They have our $$, but we cannot get them to deliver to us. We have had our furnace off for days now, using electric heaters to keep warm, since we only have 11% left in our tank. We are not happy at all. Thank you. Maybe you can get something done for us, and everyone else who has this problem. They just keep lying to us, over and over. We certainly know who we won't be using next year.

      We are c.o.d for propane paid 0n January 8th and still have not had our tank filled yet. They took the money out of our account on the 8th and now we're looking at the 13th as the earliest day for delivery. When we paid we told them we're at 5% with sub temperatures coming in on the 12th we will be out of propane by then. Their representative *** told my wife that we should budget our money better so we're not in this situation which we find highly unprofessional
