Angie is much, much more than being a coach for Rock Steady Boxing, a program for those with Parkinson's Disease (that's how I know Angie). She does her work with a unique blend of compassion, kindness and commitment to never give up. She is creative and always has a deep regard for helping us grow as a Rock Steady Boxing family. She is also an intense force for helping instill a stronger self-confidence in each one of her students. She has a perspective of treating the whole person and includes their caregivers in providing learning sessions on topics such as counseling, healthy eating, and hydration. If you know somebody with Parkinson's, get them connected with Angie. There is no finer person to help you and walk side-by-side with you on your Parkinson's journey.
