We hired this company to replace a septic tank, they started mid October. During that time I provided them with some of my tools to assist them getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I noticed there was an installation problem and they came out to access. In agreement this was a redo job, in other words the installation was incorrect ( mind you, this IS what this company does). Mid December they came out to replace the septic tank. Here we are the end of December, the job is not completed and our sewage system is not hooked up. We have dealt with this multiple time and lengthy delays getting our sewer system hooked up to use. The lack of urgency is one problem and the incompetence is another. This is a $12,600 job that is a mere joke. The inconvenience for the homeowner not having sanitation along with the property being destroyed is unacceptable.

Project Overview and Challenges: During the course of the project, we encountered challenging site conditions. Our technicians, who had previously installed the tank, noted that due to seasonal water tables and the fresh excavation, combined with the absence of soil compaction, the tank experienced floating. This issue led to the discovery of additional complications on-site. We have since made multiple visits to address these concerns and have provided several pumpings for the tank.

In collaboration with you, Mr. *********, we have worked diligently to resolve these issues. Recently, we installed a completely new tank, secured with anchors to prevent any future floating or shifting. The tank has been backfilled accordingly. We will continue to monitor the site weekly unless called by you to come out sooner. And assess if a pumping is needed or further immediate work.

Remaining Work: While significant progress has been made, several tasks remain to be completed. These will be addressed at the earliest opportunity, following fair weather and drier conditions. We will prioritize completing your project as our first task once the weather permits.

    Remaining Items to Complete:

Leach Field Connection: We will finish connecting the tank to the leach field as soon as the weather allows.

Excavation Restoration: Fine grading and leveling of the excavation area, including bringing in topsoil as needed to restore the site to its pre-construction condition. Seeding and straw application will also be included.

Driveway Restoration: We will add approximately 18-20 tons of new crushed limestone to the existing driveway, grading it to restore the area as closely as possible to its original state. Alternatively, we will use the customer-provided type of stone.

Anchoring of Septic Tank: This task has already been completed successfully to ensure no further issues with the tank.

Customer Service Commitment: To ensure your satisfaction and provide excellent service, we are offering the following at no additional cost:

Continued pumpings of the tank, free of charge until all connections and backfill are complete.

A credit for two future pumpings, to be scheduled at any time within the next 10 years. Almost a $1000 value. (It is recommended to pump your tank every 3-5 years.)

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Operations Manager, ***** *****, at ************.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process. We are committed to completing your project to the highest standard.
