    The property owner next to me contracted Pine Ridge tree services to remove a tree and in the process the tree damaged my tent in the back yard damaging the roof and the interior screen. It is a 10 man 3 room tent with a screened porch. Prior to my mother's funeral visitation there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tent I had been in and out of the tent that morning my daughters mom who works for the town police department said something about what she thought was a window which was in fact multiple holes that had been put through the roof one through the inside screen of the roof.there are pieces of the tree they took down laying in the back yard one in which has a blue thread which is part of my tent roof wrapped around it. I would like my tent replaced because of the damages they created to the tent.

    Business stated the consumer did not reach out to the business for over 2 weeks regarding damage to a tent. The business was not working near the location the consumer was in. Business does not believe they are responsible for any damage.

    I had been trying to get somewhere from the property owner *** ****  is who hired Pine Ridge tree services to cut a tree down at *** **** ******** ***** ********* the tent was at *** **** ******** so they were In fact  in my neighborhood. I had to contact the city to reach *** **** and it was the property owner pro tech who took so long to get back with me to give me pine Ridge tree services. I have 2 weeks of phone records of where I had been trying to reach the property owner to get pine Ridge trees contact information.
